2. Houston Heights Residence by Decorum Homes - A beautiful modern 'ShotGun Craftsman' for growing families. Height's historical style with modern amenities. A unique design connects a crawl space foundation with a drive through porte cache supported by clad steel columns to a rear detached garage. The first floor hardwood floor shotguns to the rear kitchen and entertainment room. The second floor living spaces flow to a master bedroom with a veranda style front porch.
3. A contemporary Owner Built lake community home in Bentwater subdivision in Conroe. The slab on grade foundation covered a four foot property elevation change.
